Terms of Service (2026 Global Full-Compliance Deep Enhanced Edition)
Effective date: 2026-05-13
1. Account Ownership and License Scope
- License, not ownership: after downloading and installing via App Store, Google Play, or other authorized channels, users receive a limited, non-transferable, non-rentable, non-sublicensable right to use the software. Users do not obtain legal ownership of accounts or virtual assets.
- Account attribution: account registration and usage rights are granted to users, while account system ownership remains with the company. Users must keep credentials secure. Loss caused by user-side credential leakage, insecure authorization, or unsafe operations is borne by the user as permitted by law.
- Account recovery policy: accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days with no payment records may be reclaimed after advance notice (e.g., 30 days through available channels), subject to legal requirements. Post-reclamation data and virtual assets may be deleted unless law requires retention.
- Usage restrictions: users may not transfer, rent, lend, sell, or commercially exploit accounts in violation of service rules, nor use accounts for illegal activity. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, data removal, and legal pursuit.
2. IAA Advertising and Reward Policy (Detailed Anti-Fraud Enforcement)
Reward eligibility
- Rewards require completion of ad viewing and required interaction conditions (if applicable) under normal behavior patterns.
- Abnormal interruption behavior may invalidate reward eligibility.
- If rewards fail to arrive due to network or platform delay, users can report via support channel for verification.
Ad quality safeguards
- We attempt to filter inappropriate ads (illegal, explicit, violent, fraudulent, discriminatory, or otherwise non-compliant).
- Ad creatives are supplied by third parties; users may report problematic ads through the in-app complaint channel.
Ad fraud definition (extremely detailed)
The following are treated as ad fraud, including but not limited to:
- Using scripts, plugins, automation tools, cracking tools, or emulation methods to skip, accelerate, spoof, or simulate ad viewing behavior.
- Multi-account or multi-device bulk ad consumption for reward extraction and resale/monetization.
- Device parameter tampering (identifier/IP manipulation), VPN/proxy switching, or region spoofing for repeated reward extraction.
- Frequent app switching, lock-screen abuse, or device restarts intended to bypass completion requirements.
- Exploiting ad platform vulnerabilities to fake impressions or clicks and defraud ad revenue.
- Any behavior that interferes with normal ad playback, counting, attribution, or integrity.
Ad fraud penalties
- First violation: warning, removal of unused ad rewards, ad permission restriction for 7 days.
- Second violation: ad permission suspension for 30 days, removal of all ad rewards, device risk tagging.
- Third or subsequent violation: permanent ad privilege ban, related device ban, blacklist placement, and reservation of legal claims.
- Severe misconduct (bulk fraud/ecosystem sabotage): permanent account and device ban, report to App Store/Google Play and relevant partners, civil compensation pursuit, and judicial referral where legally required.
3. IAP Payment, Refund, and Dispute Handling (Detailed Fraud Rules)

- Users should submit refund requests through official store channels or approved support flow with required evidence.

- Second violation: purchase suspension for 90 days, account value cleanup where applicable, device risk tagging, blacklist placement.
- Third or subsequent violation: permanent account and device ban with partner reporting and additional restrictions.

Enforcement actions can include warning, feature restriction, account suspension, device suspension, blacklist registration, data removal, service termination, civil claim pursuit, and judicial referral where applicable.
5. Content Moderation (DSA-Oriented, Detailed)
If UGC is enabled, we apply a dual-layer moderation mechanism:
- AI-assisted automated detection for rapid preliminary interception.
- Human review for escalated, disputed, and complaint-triggered cases.
Notice-and-action process
- Users are notified of suspected violations and actions.
- Illegal or violating content may be removed rapidly (for example within about 24 hours in high-risk cases where legally appropriate).
- Users have appeal rights, and appeal outcomes are returned in a reasonable period (for example about 3 business days depending on complexity).
Prohibited content categories
- Political extremism and content threatening public safety or social order under applicable law.
- Racial, gender, religious, or protected-class discrimination and hate content.
- Violent, pornographic, explicit, gory, or terror-related content.
- False information, scams, deceptive manipulations, and fraudulent claims.
- Content infringing intellectual property, portrait, privacy, reputation, or other lawful rights.
- Any content violating applicable laws, platform policies, or public-order standards.
User liability
- Users must ensure legality, authenticity, and rights ownership for submitted content.
- Violating users may face deletion, publishing restriction, account suspension, and legal liability.
Additional DSA-oriented transparency commitments
- Publicly documented moderation standards and complaint handling process.
- Periodic transparency reporting where required by law and service scope.
- Appeal channels and dedicated moderation governance ownership for large-scale UGC scenarios.
6. Governing Compliance Scope and Service Continuity
These Terms are designed to align with global app distribution and monetization contexts, including App Store and Google Play policy frameworks, and region-specific legal obligations. We may revise these Terms to maintain legal, security, and platform compliance. Continued use after update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where legally allowed.
